
Employment Practices
WCWI's Employment Practices Committee recognizes Wyoming businesses for implementing programs or policies that broaden, strengthen and support their workforce. Through its annual "Employer of Choice Award" (formerly the "Summit Award"), the committee promotes progress toward an equitable and diverse workforce from underrepresented populations, wages, and benefits that compare to regional or national averages for similar jobs, efforts to satisfy the needs of employees and their families for flexibility, and services that minimize the stresses of balancing the demands of work and family obligations and increase employee productivity. The committee also applauds measures to reduces the Gender Wage Differential.
